<p>New to pole; not quite ready for a group class. Not brand new to pole but need to clean up some things? Only touched the pole a time or two and need technical skils or simple guidance? This series is for you! In this series you will work closely with our Master instructor to learn the proper technique, hand/leg placement, 1-2 spins per week, learn or improve your basic climb, becoming comfortable in heels if you choose to, level one body movement and transitions. Here you will also work on your overall pole flow, gaining strength and increasing your confidence. </p>
<p>Attire: Shorts with no lotion of oils. Heels are optional. </p>
