<p>New to MA Fitness and Kickboxing in general? Without good form you could open the door for potential injury or not the best workout. Come to Form Fundamentals and learn how to punch and kick like a pro. Bring your gloves! In this slower paced, small group environment we'll be able to help with form cues, balance, increasing power and getting a better. We will incoporate shadowboxing, bag work, and pad work. Open to all members but new members get priority booking! </p>
