<p>The combination of yoga and therapy balls is known to calm the nervous system, reduce tension, eliminate pain, releive trigger points, improve circulation for better anti-inflammation, as well as increase flexibility. </p>
<p>The tools you will receive in this workshop (and get to take home!) are practices you can use in your everyday life after a stressful day, physical work or just a usual kink say from sleeping oddly, we've all been there. </p>
