Learn the fundamentals of rock climbing on our indoor and outdoor walls under the careful guidance of our trained staff. You will learn various ways to climb more efficiently to save energy and achieve greater proficiency on the wall. After working through easier climbs, more challenging routes are introduced. You will also learn belaying techniques and essential knots for climbing.
Recommended for those interested in climbing with minimal to no experience ages 12 and up. Appropriate clothing required (closed toed shoes, active wear) as well as height and weight restrictions. Course includes 4 (1 hour) sessions.
