<p>This class begins with centering breath work, gentle movements to warm up the body and gradually progresses through a sequence that can include sun salutations, strenght building and balancing postures and end with a relaxing savasana. Postures will be foundational with an emphasis on breath, alignment and a focus on transitions. Modifications will be offered thoughtout the practice for students to explore and deepen their practice.This class is open to beginners and well as those with yoga experience.</p>
