This yoga workshop will focus on working all the joints of the body. Join us for this simple practice of yoga that starts with the feet, moves through the ankles, knees, hips, torso, arms, spine, and neck. We will be using simple repetitive movements to help lubricate the joints and smooth out the movements of the body. This practice may be seated on the floor or in a chair. </p>
