<p>Buti is a marathi word for "a secret remedy". This type of yoga is a way to tune deep into yourself to find self-compassion. Buti yoga is a practice to help connect to self-love, joy, and creativity within yourself and to help heal yourself from the inside out. In this workshop we will breakdown some of the movements in Buti and how to connect to the heart. We will then dive into a 75 minute practice co-taught by Priscilla, Christina, Liz and Kristen. After the practice, we will have time to self-reflect and share our experience with the Buti Yoga practice. Please bring water, a yoga mat, an open mind and be prepared to move, sweat, shake, and release!</p>
