<p>Got your inside and outside leg hang? Your invert is more solid than ever? More comfortable hanging upside down. This Level 4 series is for you. In this series you will work closely with our Master instructor to learn the proper technique, hand/leg placement, 1 new trick per week,1-2 spins per week, smooth flow between each move, and overall strengthening your pole abilities.</p>
<p>You will also work on your overall pole flow, gaining strength and increasing your confidence. </p>
<p>Attire: Shorts with no lotion of oils. Heels are optional. </p>
<p>Dates: 10/25, 11/1, 11/8, 11/15, 11/22 and 11/29 Tuesdays (6 weeks)<br />Meet once a week same time/same day/same instructor<br />*Note: Will discuss as a group any date(s) surrounding a holiday in case different date needed.</p>
