<div>One hour beginner vinyasa flow yoga session using hula hoops as a prop. Class including breath work, basic yoga poses and relaxation. No waist hooping. If you don't want to use the hoop you can still participate in the class using standard arm movements and postions.</div>
<div><br />Hoops, mats and blocks will be provided. All ages welcome, children 12 or younger may participate with an adult present. New to yoga? No worries, the class will be designed for persons of all experience and flexibility levels.</div>
