<p class="paragraph_style_4">Circuit class is a form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that combines resistance training with metabolic conditioning. Circuit training is one of the best ways to burn fat and increase muscular endurance. Our circuits are full body training sessions that move from one exercise to another with minimal rest in between. This burns calories faster and minimizes the joint stress that would result from a 30-minute run on a treadmill. </p>
<p class="paragraph_style_5">At KOR, we start circuit with a functional warm-up to prepare your body for an intense strength and cardio session. Your class format will be constantly evolving to keep you on your toes, but will always consist of a series of resistance training exercises and high intensity cardio intervals with minimal rest.</p>
