The best of both worlds Yin and Yang. This class begins with
30 minutes of Yin postures and slowly moves into 45 minutes of
vinyasa (flow). The yin postures focus on the hips, pelvis, lower
back, and knees. After this opening, enjoy the benefits of the
strength building yang yoga. Moving mindfully from one pose to the
next you will feel the natural progression of the practice from
beginning to end. You will gain strength, flexibility and develop
keen self-awareness as you learn to use your breath to flow.
