A fitness mashup to fire up your body. This class will incorporate a variety of fitness tools i.e. stability balls, body weight, exercise bands, glide discs, to help you reach your fitness goals. Includes a warm up and cool down/ stretch. All fitness levels are welcome as modifications will be shown for every exercise to decrease or increase the spiciness of the move.
