Each week we explore meditation techniques, skill beuilding, and a user friendly approach to bring the health benefits of meditation into our busy lives. Varations inlcuded will be guided meditation, visual meditation, sound, movement, yoga nidra, and mantra meditation (plus many more).

This weekly class is designed for all levels of practice and physical yoga experience.
