Open Pole is a time for students to use the facility during
non-class times. This is NOT instructor led, however, an instructor
WILL be present for spotting or questions.
This may be used as a time for practice, freestyle, or even
stretching or strength training.

*Evening Sessions (8-10 pm) will be dimly-lit with “disco”
lighting.
