KickFit Challenge is a HIIT class full of timed workouts. Very little rythmical movement.
Variations in timing, duration, high-intensity/low-intensity, impact/no impact—all with modifications for your level.
Variety of equipment is utilized, including heavy bags.
MUST ARRIVE 10 mins EARLY
1- Bring adequate water (none available in Studio).
2- Wear a mask at all times, and while on The Tannery grounds
3- Wear clean athletic shoes
4- Bring personal hand sanitizer
5- Bring a mat
6- Wait at back entrance until temperature is taken
