This group strength training class that provides muscular strength and endurance and resistance training for every major muscle in the body. ****NOTE: PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLY FOR PROPER SET UP
Due to the limited amount of people we can have per class, we require sign-ups for all of our classes. We also have a waiting list. If you signed up and are not able to make it to class, please cancel so the people on the waiting list can take your spot.
