<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In this ongoing class we’ll explore meditation and its place in the larger yoga picture: having correct relationships with others & ourselves, exploring the yoga movements (postures), learning to control the breath as preparation for meditation, and doing a sitting meditation. In the yoga experience we’re constantly working on all of these elements, and that’s what we’ll do in this class – learn how to meditate and how to ready ourselves for a successful outcome. </span></p>
