Are you ready to take your practice to the next step? Intro to Intermediate is designed for students who feel experienced in their practice and wish to explore more intermediate yoga in a purposeful and practical way. We will revisit the fundamentals of pranayama (breathwork), asana (postures) and dyana (meditation). Each class will focus on finding alignment in a series of asanas and carrying that alignment through a Vinyasa- style flow. Be ready to see Dogs, Warriors and Sun Salutations! Redefine the edge of your practice in a safe and supported way!
Props such as straps and blocks may be necessary – students are encouraged to bring their own props as the studio will not provide them (due to covid restrictions).
This class has a normal temperature of 74-77F.
As this class is geared towards intermediate level; previous yoga experience recommended. Please ensure you have a strong yoga practice established when attending this class and be open to new things!
