<p>Yoga for Mind & Body Although all yoga is meant to connect the mind and body, this class will focus on learning to quiet the mind so the body can relax. It will begin with a centering meditation to help let go of the day then work into twists and sun salutations to warm the body and squeeze out the tension, ending with a long relaxing guided meditation in savasana (the pose of total relaxation) Movements will be slower with longer holds for a more meditative practice.</p>
