You will go on an amazing sound journey while allowing the mind and body to rest deeply.
Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing is entirely a meditative session; we lie on our backs in Savasana for the full duration of the program and there is no movement. It is encouraged that attendees enjoy a deep meditative state; sleeping - though not encouraged - sometimes happens and that's okay. Honor your body and what it needs.
The joy of the program is quieting the body and the mind and allowing oneself to settle into a deep relaxation. The healing vibrations of the singing bowls and other instruments train the body and mind to relax and heal itself. It can be a deeply profound and healing experience. It actually has been shown to lower blood pressure and improve circulation! Come with an open mind about how the body and the mind can find an unusual sense of peace and healing.
