(Floor Inverter – Foundations)
Prerequisite: Completion of Level 1 Consistent or instructor approval.
In This Level You Will:
• Learn proper invert pathway mechanics
• Develop hip lift and core engagement
• Practice controlled inversion entries
• Build strength for sustained inverted holds
• Learn safe exits and spotting cues
Descending inverts are introduced and trained in a supported and controlled way.
Aerial inverts and aerial shoulder mounts are not allowed.
To Advance to Level 2 Consistent:
You must demonstrate:
• Understanding of proper invert pathway (no wild kicking)
• Ability to lift hips with control (even if briefly)
• Safe and controlled exit from inversion
• Core engagement without relying on momentum
• Willingness to attempt both sides
