CLINIC: ELBOW GRIPS +
HANDSPRINGS (Open to students who are comfortable with aerial
inversions)
This class is designed to help students gain more strength and
use proper technique when executing Elbow Grips, Forearms Grips and
Handsprings as well as explore the different types of hand grip
& leg variations.
Students who are comfortable with their handsprings will be
show deadlift and Iron-X techniques.
What To Bring: Yoga Mat for Warm Up
Class Attire: Shorts are required
