Core Fit is an hour long group sessions designed to improve core stability and strength while reducing the likelihood of future injuries. Core Fit is a fast paced dynamic workout focused on keeping the heart rate up while burning as many calories as possible. We accomplish this through anaerobic full body exercises, which include: resistance training, functional training and some light weight training.
