Class is paced moderately, with temperate vigor to ensure that yogis feel fully embodied and ample time to pause, connect, and breathe throughout the practice. We combine yin, restorative, vinyasa, and creatively-sequenced yoga, place emphasis on safe and strong alignment, and encourage practice that is beneficial for the individual body, mind, and heart of each yogi.</div>
