Ania's class combines elements of vinyasa yoga and
Budokon. This mixed movement class is designed for all level
students. Like a buffet, eat what you can and skip what does not
work for you. The class focuses on elements of traditional yoga
poses as well as joint expression through mindful, focused motions.
This class is for students who like to think outside the
traditional yoga box and experiment with their bodies, leading to
the development of more functional ways of movement.
