We're thrilled to offer The K2 for the perfect balance of cardio and strength training. The class starts with 30 minutes of SPIN followed by 30 minutes of Pilates on the Reformer. It is important to include cardio in your regular fitness routine and this is the ultimate combination for improved health, stamina, weight loss, toning and balance! This class counts at 1 Pilates credit. If you are a regular Pilates customer, this class is inter-changeable with your normal Pilates package. Go for it! Do the K2!
