<p>Along with this, emphasis on breath, alignment and respect to your body’s current circumstance help us build a strong foundation and encourages us to strengthen our mind-body-heart connection, so we address the body as a whole.</p>
<p>Classes are unscripted and offers many modifications to accommodate all levels of yoga and to honour the uniqueness of how our body moves. Curiosity brings new perspective to how we relate to our bodies and helps to facilitate healing.</p>
<p>Remember your body does not need fixing, however it does need love, respect, acknowledgement and lots and lots of yoga.</p>
