Working on or wanting to achieve those front and middle Splits to apply to some of those gorgeous pole and aerial splitty moves you see everyone doing? In this class, students will learn how to condition & loosen up their hips, hip flexors, hamstrings and adductor muscles using passive and dynamic stretches allowing you to advance in your splits goals each week.
