Is a fitness based dynamic Pilates class using the reformers to achieve a comprehensive full body workout in 45 minutes. It is suitable for all levels of fitness and our instructors will provide modifications and progressions throughout the class to ensure you are getting the most benefit from your work out. Reformer Pilates utilises spring resistance to target core stability, postural control, strength and flexibility. Our class sizes are kept small ensuring you are completing exercises safely and get appropriate feedback on your form.
