Pear trees are blooming everywhere! This glorious scene is so brief and so beautiful that artists from all times tried capturing it on canvas. In this two-part class, you can learn how to paint blooming trees with the vigor of van Gogh and the delicate touch of Berthe Morisot. Take a stroll around town and snap a picture of a cherry or apple tree in full bloom. Pause in front of it and try to visualize how exquisite your painting can be, before preserving your impression on camera. In class, you will paint from one of these images. Beginners welcome.
