This is an all levels class focused on learning the postures and basic alignment. Postures are practiced to strengthen and encourage mobility in the body. You will find deeper and stronger possibilities as well as softer and more enjoyable sensations in each pose.
This Yoga class will involve a set of physical postures along with breathing techniques. This class is typically paced more slowly and with more static posture holds than a Vinyasa flow or a power class. Props are often used in this class to assist with better understanding of the poses your body’s alignment in each pose.
This is an all levels class; beginners are welcome.
