Learn the basics of yoga alignment with the assistance of the
ropes. This is an Iyengar approach to learning Yoga with the use of
props. Build strength and flexibility while learning yoga postures.
Added benefits include: reduced back pain, tension, and increased
mobility and balance. Each participant will use two sets of ropes,
attached to the wall, to aid with balance and alignment while
exploring postures from seated and restorative to arm balancing and
inverting.
