This class is designed to help you do just that as you get more and more comfortable in your developing relationship with yourself, your body, and the pole. We’ll improve your strength and flexibility as you perfect the basics, mastering (relatively)simple moves like spins from the floor, pirouettes, sitting, and climbing—then we’ll put all your new skills to work in higher-lever moves like inversions, leg hangs, handstands, and other cool tricks on the pole and upside-down.</p>
