Fun boxing HIIT workout! You will get a full body workout with this on the boxing workout. Classes will change weekly. You will work on and off the boxing bag. We will utilize HIIT, Circuit, Tabata, Round, Gauntlet, and Livesteam class formats to take you though a total body cardio SweatFest. Off the bag you will do core strength and active recovery exercises. Punch trackers will be used during some of the boxing classes to set the pace, or work challenges, or push your partner. Class will be over before you know it! Boxing gloves/wraps required.
