<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #808080;">Discover the creative and meditative vibe that comes from drawing and coloring mandalas. Join us for a two hour yoga and mandala journey that can change the way you journal, create and meditate</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #808080;">This fun workshop includes:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #808080;">- A gentle/restorative yoga practice - beginners and seasoned yogis welcome</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #808080;">- Exploration of the history and significance of mandalas</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #808080;">- A mandala template, instructions and practice creating your own mandala</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #808080;">All art supplies will be provided, however, if you have a sketchbook you love, feel free to bring it. <span style="color: #333333;"><em>A yoga mat for a gentle/restorative practice is required.</em></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #808080;">Deb Althoff enjoys combining yoga and mandala art to help her students celebrate their own unique nature in body movement and artistic expression. A lifelong artist, Deb creates canvas mandala art for meditations, and leads workshops to teach others how to draw their own mandalas. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #808080;">Deb received both her 200 hour yoga teacher training and 300 hour Healing Emphasis Yoga certification through Inner Vision Yoga. Sharing the benefits of yoga with others is her passion, and she brings a lighthearted and joyful approach to her teaching practice.</span></p>
