The majority of this class will be Relevé focused,
with a small portion of barre work.
Barre - Strengthen and stretch your muscles
while developing great posture. The majority of class is done on
the barre and offers additional work with small hand weights, the
Bender Ball and Gliding Discs.
Relevé -Experience beautiful fluid movements
in this toning, strengthening, and stretching workout. A ballet
barre workout performed standing and on the mat.
Sauté - Quicker movements including optional
impact (low impact/non-impact variations will be offered as
well)
Relevé builds strength while Sauté gets your heart
pumping.
No dance experience necessary – all levels welcome.
