While focusing on overall fitness, strength, reaction time, and balance these workouts combine focus mitts, heavy bags, speed bags, jumprope, core work, calisthenics, weights, and more into one circuit training style class. This class does not require any experience and people of all ages are invited to participate. Boxers, both male and female, range in age from mid 30s to early 90s. </p>
