Group Pilates reformer class Up to five people at the same
level of accomplishment utilizing the Reformers./ Tower units.
These classes are designed to be a full-body workout system using
controlled,precise movements designed to stretch and strengthen
muscles and increase coordination combined with flexibility. We
teach both East and West Philosophies of the Pilates Techinque for
a well bodied workout.
Note: For your safety, you must complete at least 10
Private Sessions before enrolling in a Group Class with your
instructor’s permission. For pregnant clients we offer
private training only. We do not offer group prenatal classes at
this time.
