Sadhana, the Sanskrit word for “daily spiritual practices,” is designed to offer students a complete yoga experience, contributing to one's overall well-being in body, mind and spirit. Class includes a short dharma talk, a discussion of lifestyle yoga; a 90-minute Strong Flow practice; chanting and ends with a full 20-minute silent meditation.
