Tai Chi is an exercise discipline practised for hundreds of
years in the Orient. The movements are based mostly on circular
motion and flow at a smooth even tempo; making for perfect balance
as the weight of the body is shifted from one side to the other.
People practise Tai Chi for health, serenity and self-defense.
Jonathan has been teaching Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan since the late 1980’s. He is past President and an elder of the Canadian Tai Ji Quan Federation, and has been active in the Chinese martial arts community in Canada and Internationally for many decades.
