A powerful intermediate to advanced level class for optimal muscle flexibility. Power Flow is designed for practitioners looking to grow their yoga practice. The class includes various types of pranayama (breath) with intense, vinyasa-style posture sequence (moving one posture into the next fluidly). Inversions and arm balances are given as options for the advanced practitioner but class is open to and ecouraged for all levels who wish to move their body powerfully and in a hot room ( 90-100 degree radiant heat)
