<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This mixed level class focuses on the sporty side of pole. We begin with a fun, high energy warm-up to get the blood flowing, followed by a series of creative conditioning exercises that utilize your own body weight, the poles, and/or the aerial hoops.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The bulk of the class is focused on learning cool tricks with good technique. Once benchmark skills are mastered, students will learn to link them together into beautiful sequences. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Practice makes progress--and pole sport students will be nurtured and encouraged on their path to reaching their #polegoals! This class is for students 10-years and up, including adults. </span></p>
