You will explore more intricate breathwork (pranayama) while building strength and flexibility to create the foundation for advanced shapes and more daring balance postures. As this class will rely upon a foundational understanding of yoga poses and their alignment, it is suggested that the students attending have been practicing for 3 months or more.</p>
