Ashtanga has the reputation of being a hard core
super physical practice done by only young strong flexible people.
However, that is not the case at all. At its core it is designed to
help a person at any level gain benefits from Yoga. Each person is
able to take from it their own version that works best for them,
and still have a complete Yoga practice.This is how my teachers
instruct me, and it's how I teach.
This class is an all levels Ashtanga class. In this
class we will move through the series and explore modifications to
make the practice acessable to everyone.
