This class combines your favorite leg Shaking Barre exercises,core strengthening,and other primal movements, all without leaving your mat. Using barres, light weights, bands, and your own body weight for a serious workout. You will leave this class feeling energized and balanced.
At home set up a chair, a yoga mat, have a light set of weights and a band (we have bands for sale at the studio)
