New to the practice of Yoga and not sure where to start? This
Beginner class will offer step by step clear instruction, breaking
down poses and allowing you time to sit in each pose and work on
your alignment. Modifications will be also taught incase a pose is
not attainable right now. We will work on different over the
course of 4 weeks and then revisit them , giving you a nice
foundation to attend any yoga class with confidence. If you have
questions this is the class to ask.(60 min)
