This ONLINE class incorporates a fun vinayasa flow to
strenthen and stretch your “muscles” and Yin
Yoga which enhances the natural range of motion in your
“joints”. This class is specifcally imortant right now to
help release the deep layers of connective tissue in areas
like the hips, the pelvis and the lower spine, creating more ease
in in you body and your spirit. Yin stretches will be held for a
longer period of time. This class is for all levels of
practitioners
