The practice will begin with a vigorous sweaty Power Vinyasa flow that will chisel the body and empower your most beautiful self. We will warm and awaken the body creating heat and malleability within the muscle groups. The Yin portion of the practice will take you into holds that can last up to 5 minutes long inviting the body's less elastic tissues to find increased circulation and renewed mobility.
