This Yang Yin inspired class focuses on the yogi as a whole. This style is designed to create balance physically, mentally, and emotionally. The practice will begin with a vigorous sweaty Power Vinyasa flow that will chisel the body and empower your most beautiful self. We will warm and awaken the body creating heat and malleability within the muscle groups. The Yin portion of the practice will take you into holds that can last up to 5 minutes long inviting the body's less elastic tissues to find increased circulation and renewed mobility. A more meditative last half will leave you feeling renewed and restored. Come see for yourself!

All spots in all classes will be open to online reservations. Please book before you come this will ensure that there is a spot for you. NO walk-ins will be accepted at this time. Please book online.
OUR DOORS ARE OPEN 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF CLASS. Our doors are locked promptly on time so class can begin. Respectfully please do not knock on the door if you're late. Please leave yourself plenty of time to arrive to the studio before the scheduled start time of your class.
In Studio classes MUST be booked ahead of time. No walk-ins allowed.
Cancel your booking at least 4 hours ahead of time to avoid penalties. You can try booking and cancelling a class so you know how to do it if you ever need to.
There will be a $15 penalty charge for no-shows and late cancellations.
Cancellations can not be taken over email or phone. We can not guarantee we will get these messages in time to give your spot to someone waiting. Please cancel the same way you booked.
In the event an outdoor class is cancelled due to weather you will be credited and you can use your purchase for your next outdoor class.
