Never get bored. We combine TRX, Weights, Kettlebells, body weight, etc. in an effort to keep each session fresh and entertaining, but also tough and challenging.</p>
<p>NOTE: sessions duration depends on how fast you finish your 5 rounds. Usually 20-30 minutes. </p>
