<p>Group cycling class offers a great cardio and core workout with less impact and stress than jogging or treadmill workouts. Limited bikes are available, so you must sign up and pay ahead of time at the Welcome Center to reserve a bike. If you are new to cycling, please arrive at least 5 minutes early for bike set up. Court shoes recommended (shoes with a stiff and fairly flat sole, not running shoes). All fitness levels.</p>
